How the call-out works
There's a £30 call-out fee to come and look at your oven. If you go ahead with the repair, that £30 is taken off the cost of the work, so you're not paying twice. I'll explain what's wrong and give you a price before I do anything.
Spotted while cleaning
Because I strip ovens right down to clean them, I often notice worn seals or tired parts before they fail. If I find something, I'll tell you and quote there and then, with no pressure to go ahead.
Repair questions
Is it worth repairing my oven?
Often, yes. Many faults come down to a single part. I'll tell you honestly if a repair makes sense or if your money is better spent elsewhere.
Can you clean it while you're there?
Yes. Lots of customers have the oven repaired and cleaned in the same visit.
