Nothing gets washed in your sink
My van carries a heated bio dip tank. The racks, shelves, panels, pan supports and filters all go in it, which lifts baked-on carbon and grease far better than scrubbing, and keeps the mess out of your kitchen.
No AGAs or Rayburns, but just about everything else in a kitchen that cooks, I can clean.
